The hotel's proximity to major attractions and subway lines proved useful. I appreciated the quick access to Times Square and Grand Central Station. The convenience saved a lot of travel time. The staff offered really good service, especially at the front desk, where they handled all requests with efficiency. I was delighted to find my room was spacious and equipped with modern amenities.

The front desk staff was polite. They provided us access to our room even though we arrived earlier than check-in time.
I booked a room, but the AC was not great. The room felt stuffy, and they piped in some perfumey smell. I will probably not stay here again.
